Parsley Pesto. Linguine.

This is an incredible revelation for me - I loved that taste! So fresh and easy to make. Simply and minimalism as I like.

Enjoy!

What do you need...

2 cups fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves (no stalks)
3-4 tablespoons toasted pumpkin seeds (I very love that taste, but you can also use pine nuts, as you like it)
3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan
1 tsp grated lemon peel (just the outer yellow part)
extra virgine olive oil
salt
pepper

Combine all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.

:-)

So simple, so good!

Serve with pasta - linguine or spaghetti.

  1. There is a mistake in the sentence
    Rather than
''What do you need" (which is obviously a question) it should be: What you need is...or simply You will need. Well, good luck with everything! I like your pics, though. And only recently seen this sort of post on the Kwestia Smaku. Cheers.

  7. You make just superb pics!

In case of parsley..some years ago I did not use to use it. I do not know why..I guess I was a small girl and I did not know what is good ;)

however since 4 last years, my style of cooking has been changed..and today I put parsley everyday and everywhere. The more the better ;) I would say I am parsleyholic;) that's why your recipe will be in my kitchen soon;)

    Cheers!

  10. This is the most fascinating thing I've ever seen. I recently got a hand-crank food processor and have been looking for recipes for different pesto sauces to try out, and this is the most original by far. Can't wait to try it! I'll check back in with the reviews.
