Cherry tomatoes and feta tart.



Easy to make and very delicious!


Ingredients:
1 pack of puff pastry or also you can make it own: here or here is recipe
cherry tomatoes
feta
fresh basil
pepper
optional: basil pesto 


Oven 180 C



Roll out the dough into a tart pan. Next (If you want use pesto) add thin pesto layer.





Then add feta (crushed) and, in the end, chopped cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with ground black pepper.




Bake for 20-25 min
After that place the basil leaves on top.
