Cheesecake & Strawberries & Coconut (cold version, no bake)



Amazing taste! Soft and delicious. And most importantly: makes it super fast :) (without cooling)
The best cheesecake (cold version) I ever made :-)



My "Better half" only said: Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm yummmmy! And he ate another piece... ;-)

    Please, here in Brazil coconut milk comes in bottles not in can or is homemade, so what the correct amout of coconut milk to use?

  11. I made this! It was a hit at a party. The oatmeal cookie crust is the best part. The cheesecake has a smooth creamy consistency that isn't super heavy like traditional cheesecakes. I will keep making this!

  12. This recipe is super easy ! I love the combination of cream cheese and coconut milk. I add some lemon juice in the filling and topped it with a crushed milk chocolate bar. Thank you for that recipe.
