Soya. Paste.

Do you like soya?

It's my favourite paste, I like it especially with cucumber, parsley, tomatoes or without anything - just eat straight from the jar ;-)

The night before:
250g soya beans soaked in plenty of cold water (three times higher than the level of soybean)

On the second day:
For the boiling water (about 1/2 l.)  add:
pinch of thyme
small sweet potato (or carrots) - cut carelessly
pinch of cumin
1 large bay leaf
2 allspices
1 teaspoon mild curry powder
1 tbsp of oregano
soya beans soaked overnight and drained
a few drops of lemon juice
1 tbsp marjoram

Boil until tender, about 2h.

Then remove the bay leaf, allspices and drain off.
Put it back into the pan, pour a few tbsps of oil, add 1/2 large onion diced and vitrified in the oil mix. Sprinkle a large amount of freshly ground black pepper, 1 tsp chili powder and hot cayenne pepper, 1 tsp mild curry powder and mix. Next add 1/2 tablespoons garlic-onion salt and mix with blender adding  2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste and 2-3 tbs of marjoram. Mass will be a bit dry and dense, further blending with a little oil, to a smooth consistency. If you need to season - add pepper / chilli / curry and possibly a touch of salt.

Put it into a glass jar with lid, refrigerate for about 10 days.

Enjoy!
