1 tsp curry powder (you can also use the green curry paste, then gives her more)
1/3 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder (or flakes)
piece of freshly grated ginger (about 1 tsp)
oil for frying
salt
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
mix of fresh vegetables - for me: broccoli (3 cups), carrot (3 pieces), red & yellow peppers (1 each)
1 small can unsweetened coconut milk
soba noodles (prepared according to the instruction on the package)
In a deep frying pan warming up the oil, throw him cumin and chilli, stir-fry briefly until the spices bring out the flavor. Then add, into the spices, chopped onion and garlic. Lightly salt and fry until the onion is soft. Then throw vegetables (broccoli, divided into small florets, sliced carrots, peppers into squares.) Briefly fry vegetables and add curry paste and ginger, cover lid. Stewing vegetables until they lose the hardness (you can add a little water.) It takes about 10-15 minutes.
Then poured into the pan coconut milk, mix thoroughly and stewing of the next quarter.
Prepared curry served with soba noodles.
